I have been taking nootropics and adaptogens for over a decade now and have a productivity stack that I take daily that I have been satisfied with and have not adjusted in quite a while. All that changed when I discovered Teq. I now supplement my existing stack with Teq whenever I start to feel an energy dip and am extremely satisfied with the results.
One of the things that I love about Teq is that it provides a clean energy boost that I can take in the afternoon without sacrificing my sleep quality - something that cannot be said for a late afternoon cup of coffee. I have consistently noticed that taking teq in the mid afternoon does not result in a dip in my sleep latency / REM duration (tracked via Apple Watch Ultra).
Overall I am extremely satisfied with Teq and would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a clean energy boost without sacrificing sleep quality!
They do help with energy and they are not bad tasting. Wish the mint flavor was better.

I ripped my first pillow and immediately was filled with the same high energy I had when I was a college sophomore convincing one of the senior cheerleaders to play some five on one under the bleachers. Talk about productivity. I crushed the work day like it was a warm up set and went home and tore up the wife like it was my job. I thought we were done until she popped a citrus and turned into a wildebeest in heat. RIP my sheets. God only knows how they managed to keep you from crashing off these
In short, TEQ is a game changer. It’s for adults and not to be toyed around with. If you’re tired of the peak and crash of standard energy drinks and anxiety, give it a go. The best part is you can pull it out and within a short time you’re back to baseline and primed to chill. The only thing TEQ can’t fix is my childhood trauma and venereal diseases.

Packaging is incredible, flavor is incredible, energy is amazing. I spend way too much money on energy drinks....it's ridiculous. I am a caffeine addict. This is not only a way better cost, but a way better way to get my caffeine so I'm not taking a piss every 4 1/2 minutes. Love it! 10/10!
Definitely my fevorite flavor and the benefits are amazing while working or exercising!
